Estamos em busca de um profissional para a função de Auxiliar Farmácia.

PRINCIPAIS ATRIBUIÇÕES DESEMPENHADAS PELO CARGO:

  • Separar medicamentos e produtos afins, de acordo com a prescrição ou receita médica.
  • Conferência de liberação de antibióticos, medicamentos não padronizados e uso restrito, e alto custo.
  • Realizar controle de temperatura conforme procedimento operacional padrão.
  • Realizar devolução de medicamentos e materiais.
  • Auxiliar nas rotinas administrativo-operacionais do departamento, compreendendo armazenamento, controle de estoque e dispensação de medicamentos, conforme orientação dos profissionais responsáveis.
  • Receber e conferir insumos (medicamentos e materiais médico-hospitalares) e suas especificações visando determinar conformidade do pedido com a requisição.
  • Etiquetar e armazenar os itens recebidos no respectivo endereço do estoque, respeitando o método PVPS (primeiro que vence, primeiro que sai) para evitar expiração dos prazos de validade.
  • Auxiliar no inventário periódico do estoque, fazendo a contagem física dos produtos para verificar conformidade com o estoque disponível.
  • Proceder a dispensação dos itens solicitados pelos departamentos, registrando as saídas conforme procedimento específico.
  • Solicitar a reposição de materiais e medicamentos das áreas de distribuição para garantir disponibilidade de recursos nos departamentos.
  • Comunicar à liderança imediata as ocorrências fora da rotina.
  • Manter o local de trabalho limpo e organizado, conforme procedimento operacional padrão.
  • Avaliar os resultados de seu desempenho conforme feedback de sua liderança imediata, definindo ações de melhoria contínua para o desenvolvimento profissional e de equipe.
  • Cumprir as normas e procedimentos de segurança do trabalho no exercício de suas atividades usando EPIs indicados.
  • Cumprir normas e procedimentos de controle de infecção hospitalar.
  • Participar de reunião do departamento e ou de outras áreas quando necessário para planejamento de atividades com o objetivo de atingir metas estabelecidas pela instituição.

REQUISITOS E QUALIFICAÇÕES

  • Ensino Médio Completo.
  • Desejável: Técnico em Farmácia
