PRINCIPAIS ATRIBUIÇÕES DESEMPENHADAS PELO CARGO

  • Prestar assistência direta ao paciente adulto em estado crítico, conforme prescrição de enfermagem, supervisão do enfermeiro e protocolos institucionais.
  • Monitorar e registrar os sinais vitais, parâmetros hemodinâmicos e respostas clínicas do paciente, comunicando prontamente alterações à equipe responsável.
  • Auxiliar o enfermeiro e a equipe multiprofissional na realização de procedimentos de alta complexidade.
  • Administrar medicamentos conforme prescrição, observando os protocolos de segurança, com atenção especial às drogas vasoativas e aos medicamentos de alta vigilância.
  • Prestar cuidados aos acessos venosos e dispositivos invasivos, incluindo cateteres centrais, PICC e Port-a-Cath, conforme capacitação, atribuições legais e protocolos institucionais.
  • Auxiliar nos cuidados relacionados à ventilação mecânica e aos demais dispositivos de suporte ventilatório, conforme orientação do enfermeiro e protocolos assistenciais.
  • Realizar cuidados de higiene, conforto, posicionamento e mudança de decúbito, considerando as condições clínicas e as necessidades individuais do paciente.
  • Executar cuidados de enfermagem relacionados à prevenção de lesões por pressão, quedas, infecções e demais eventos adversos.
  • Preparar o paciente para exames e procedimentos, auxiliando na organização dos materiais e equipamentos necessários.
  • Realizar registros completos, objetivos e fidedignos dos cuidados prestados e das alterações observadas no prontuário físico ou eletrônico.
  • Cumprir os protocolos assistenciais da UTI, as normas de biossegurança e as medidas de prevenção e controle de infecções.
  • Acompanhar a evolução clínica do paciente durante a assistência, identificando e comunicando intercorrências ao enfermeiro.
  • Prestar assistência humanizada ao paciente em cuidados paliativos e de fim de vida, conforme o plano assistencial e as orientações da equipe responsável.
  • Acolher e orientar familiares, respeitando as diretrizes institucionais e os limites de atuação profissional.
  • Atuar de forma integrada com a equipe multiprofissional, contribuindo para a continuidade, qualidade e segurança da assistência.
  • Aplicar as medidas de segurança do paciente e contribuir para a prevenção de incidentes durante a assistência.

REQUISITOS E QUALIFICAÇÕES

  • Curso técnico em Enfermagem completo.
  • Conselho Regional em Enfermagem (COREN) do estado de São Paulo ativo;
  • Experiência profissional em ambiente hospitalar, preferencialmente em unidades de terapia intensiva ou setores de atendimento a pacientes críticos.
