PRINCIPAIS ATRIBUIÇÕES DESEMPENHADAS PELO CARGO

  • Prestar assistência integral ao paciente, conforme o plano de cuidados, a prescrição de enfermagem e os protocolos institucionais.
  • Monitorar e registrar os sinais vitais e as condições clínicas dos pacientes, comunicando prontamente ao enfermeiro responsável qualquer alteração ou intercorrência.
  • Auxiliar na realização de procedimentos de enfermagem de baixa e média complexidade, conforme as atribuições legais da função.
  • Prestar assistência a pacientes com doenças crônicas, infecciosas ou em tratamento clínico, observando suas necessidades e condições de saúde.
  • Acompanhar sintomas, balanço hídrico, mobilidade, perfusão periférica e padrão respiratório, comunicando alterações à equipe de enfermagem.
  • Preparar e encaminhar pacientes para exames e procedimentos, bem como auxiliar nos cuidados após sua realização.
  • Realizar cuidados de higiene, conforto e posicionamento, incluindo banho, mudança de decúbito e mobilização segura do paciente.
  • Implementar medidas de prevenção de lesões por pressão, quedas e demais eventos adversos relacionados à assistência.
  • Administrar medicamentos por vias oral, enteral, tópica e parenteral, conforme prescrição, protocolos de segurança e atribuições legais.
  • Prestar cuidados aos acessos venosos e demais dispositivos utilizados na assistência, conforme capacitação e protocolos institucionais.
  • Realizar registros completos, objetivos e fidedignos dos cuidados prestados no prontuário físico ou eletrônico.
  • Manter a organização e a disponibilidade dos materiais e equipamentos necessários à assistência.
  • Acolher e prestar suporte ao paciente e aos familiares durante o período de internação, contribuindo para uma assistência humanizada.
  • Atuar em conjunto com a equipe multiprofissional, favorecendo a continuidade e a qualidade do cuidado.
  • Cumprir as normas de biossegurança, prevenção e controle de infecções e segurança do paciente.

REQUISITOS E QUALIFICAÇÕES

  • Curso técnico em Enfermagem completo.
  • Conselho Regional em Enfermagem (COREN) do estado de São Paulo ativo;
  • Experiência profissional em ambiente hospitalar, preferencialmente em unidades de internação clínica.
