PRINCIPAIS ATRIBUIÇÕES DESEMPENHADAS PELO CARGO

  • Prestar assistência direta ao recém-nascido, conforme prescrição de enfermagem, supervisão do enfermeiro e protocolos institucionais.
  • Monitorar e registrar os sinais vitais e as condições clínicas do recém-nascido, comunicando prontamente ao enfermeiro qualquer alteração identificada.
  • Administrar medicamentos conforme prescrição, respeitando os protocolos de segurança e as atribuições legais da função.
  • Realizar cuidados com cateteres, acessos venosos e demais dispositivos utilizados na assistência neonatal, conforme capacitação e protocolos institucionais.
  • Executar cuidados de higiene e conforto, incluindo banho humanizado, troca de fraldas e cuidados com a pele do recém-nascido.
  • Realizar mudanças de decúbito e posicionamento terapêutico, conforme as condições clínicas e as orientações da equipe de enfermagem.
  • Acompanhar a monitorização multiparamétrica e observar as condições clínicas do recém-nascido, comunicando intercorrências ao enfermeiro.
  • Realizar cuidados relacionados à manutenção da temperatura corporal, conforme as necessidades do paciente e os protocolos assistenciais.
  • Preparar o recém-nascido para exames e procedimentos, auxiliando a equipe multiprofissional quando necessário.
  • Operar e acompanhar equipamentos utilizados na assistência neonatal, como incubadoras, berços aquecidos e bombas de infusão, conforme capacitação e protocolos institucionais.
  • Organizar e manter a unidade do paciente limpa, segura e abastecida com os materiais necessários à assistência.
  • Realizar registros completos e fidedignos dos cuidados prestados no prontuário físico ou eletrônico.
  • Auxiliar o enfermeiro e a equipe multiprofissional durante procedimentos e intervenções assistenciais.
  • Apoiar o aleitamento materno e os cuidados relacionados à alimentação do recém-nascido, conforme orientação da equipe responsável.
  • Contribuir para a humanização da assistência neonatal, promovendo o acolhimento familiar e participando dos cuidados conforme as diretrizes institucionais e o Método Canguru, quando indicado.
  • Cumprir as normas de biossegurança, prevenção e controle de infecções e segurança do paciente.

REQUISITOS E QUALIFICAÇÕES

  • Curso técnico em Enfermagem completo.
  • Conselho Regional em Enfermagem (COREN) do estado de São Paulo ativo;
  • Experiência profissional em Neonatologia ou Pediatria.
