PRINCIPAIS ATRIBUIÇÕES DESEMPENHADAS PELO CARGO

  • Prestar assistência de enfermagem aos pacientes, conforme plano de cuidados, prescrição de enfermagem e protocolos institucionais.
  • Verificar, monitorar e registrar sinais vitais e condições clínicas dos pacientes, comunicando alterações ao enfermeiro responsável.
  • Administrar medicamentos conforme prescrição, protocolos de segurança e atribuições legais da função.
  • Auxiliar na realização de procedimentos e cuidados de enfermagem, conforme orientação do enfermeiro e limites de atuação profissional.
  • Realizar cuidados de higiene, conforto, mobilização e posicionamento dos pacientes, respeitando suas condições clínicas e necessidades individuais.
  • Observar as condições gerais dos pacientes, identificando e comunicando possíveis intercorrências à equipe de enfermagem.
  • Prestar cuidados relacionados aos dispositivos e acessos utilizados na assistência, conforme capacitação e protocolos institucionais.
  • Preparar e encaminhar pacientes para exames e procedimentos, auxiliando nos cuidados necessários antes e após sua realização.
  • Realizar registros completos, objetivos e fidedignos dos cuidados prestados no prontuário físico ou eletrônico.
  • Manter a organização do ambiente assistencial e zelar pelos materiais, equipamentos e recursos utilizados na prestação dos cuidados.
  • Acolher pacientes e familiares, contribuindo para uma assistência humanizada, respeitosa e segura.
  • Atuar em conjunto com a equipe multiprofissional, favorecendo a continuidade e a qualidade da assistência.
  • Cumprir as normas de biossegurança, prevenção e controle de infecções e segurança do paciente.
  • Colaborar com a prevenção de riscos e eventos adversos relacionados à assistência, conforme os protocolos institucionais.

REQUISITOS E QUALIFICAÇÕES

  • Curso técnico em Enfermagem completo.
  • Conselho Regional em Enfermagem (COREN) do estado de São Paulo ativo;
  • Experiência em Obstetrícia, Maternidade ou Pediatria.

CARGA HORÁRIA

  • Escala 07:20, de segunda a segunda-feira, com uma folga na semana
  • Turno Matutino: Das 07:00 às 15:20
  • Turno Vespertino: Das 15:00 às 23:20
  • Turno Noturno: Das 23:00 às 07:00
