Estamos em busca de um profissional para a função de Educador Reabilitação I.

PRINCIPAIS ATRIBUIÇÕES DESEMPENHADAS PELO CARGO

  • Realizar avaliação funcional educacional, com foco em habilidades cognitivas, perceptivas e de aprendizagem.
  • Identificar necessidades relacionadas à estimulação visual (percepção visual, coordenação visomotora, atenção visual) e intelectual (memória, raciocínio, linguagem, funções executivas).
  • Elaborar plano de intervenção individualizado, alinhado ao plano terapêutico multiprofissional.
  • Desenvolver atividades de estimulação cognitiva e perceptiva, adaptadas à faixa etária e condição clínica do paciente.
  • Atuar no treinamento de habilidades cognitivas, como atenção, memória, organização, planejamento e resolução de problemas.
  • Promover atividades que estimulem leitura, escrita, interpretação, raciocínio lógico e habilidades acadêmicas, quando aplicável.
  • Adaptar materiais e estratégias pedagógicas conforme limitações funcionais, sensoriais e cognitivas.
  • Trabalhar com recursos lúdicos, pedagógicos e terapêuticos para favorecer o engajamento e aprendizagem.
  • Orientar pacientes e familiares quanto à continuidade das atividades em ambiente domiciliar.
  • Atuar em conjunto com a equipe multiprofissional na definição de estratégias de reabilitação cognitiva.
  • Registrar avaliações, evoluções e condutas em prontuário eletrônico, assegurando qualidade e rastreabilidade das informações.
  • Participar de reuniões clínicas, discussões de caso e programas de educação continuada.
  • Cumprir normas institucionais, diretrizes éticas e práticas de humanização.

REQUISITOS E QUALIFICAÇÕES

  • Graduação em Pedagogia, Psicopedagogia, Educação Especial ou áreas correlatas.
  • Especialização em Educação Inclusiva, Neuropsicopedagogia, Estimulação Cognitiva ou áreas afins.
  • Desejável vivências profissionais em reabilitação cognitiva, educação especial ou atendimento a pacientes com déficits cognitivos.
  • Conhecimento em processos de aprendizagem e desenvolvimento cognitivo.
  • Domínio de técnicas de estimulação cognitiva e perceptiva.
  • Habilidade na adaptação de materiais pedagógicos.
  • Conhecimento em educação inclusiva e necessidades especiais.
  • Atuação integrada com equipe multiprofissional.

CARGA HORÁRIA

Escala 06:15, 30 horas semanais, de segunda a sexta-feira;

Das 07:00 às 13:15 ou das 12:00 às 18:15;
