PRINCIPAIS ATRIBUIÇÕES DESEMPENHADAS PELO CARGO

  • Planejar, executar e avaliar a assistência de enfermagem ao recém-nascido, conforme protocolos institucionais e legislação vigente.
  • Implementar e supervisionar a Sistematização da Assistência de Enfermagem (SAE).
  • Realizar avaliação clínica do recém-nascido, identificando alterações e necessidades de cuidados específicos.
  • Gerenciar riscos assistenciais e implementar medidas voltadas à segurança do paciente.
  • Supervisionar e orientar a equipe técnica de enfermagem, acompanhando a execução dos cuidados prestados.
  • Realizar a admissão, transferência e alta dos pacientes, conforme os fluxos institucionais.
  • Prestar assistência e apoio durante procedimentos invasivos e intervenções clínicas.
  • Realizar a inserção de cateter central de inserção periférica (PICC), quando habilitado e autorizado conforme os protocolos institucionais.
  • Atuar nas situações de emergência e participar das manobras de reanimação neonatal, conforme capacitação e protocolos vigentes.
  • Promover ações de educação permanente e capacitação da equipe de enfermagem.
  • Estabelecer comunicação efetiva com a equipe multiprofissional, contribuindo para a continuidade e qualidade da assistência.
  • Acolher e orientar os familiares, fornecendo informações pertinentes à assistência e favorecendo a participação nos cuidados, conforme as diretrizes institucionais.
  • Incentivar e apoiar o aleitamento materno, conforme as necessidades do recém-nascido e as condições clínicas da mãe.
  • Registrar as informações assistenciais e acompanhar a evolução do paciente, assegurando a qualidade e a rastreabilidade dos registros de enfermagem.

REQUISITOS E QUALIFICAÇÕES

  • Ensino superior completo em Enfermagem.
  • Conselho Regional em Enfermagem (COREN) do estado de São Paulo ativo;
  • Experiência profissional em Neonatologia, Pediatria ou Obstetrícia.
