Nosso propósito é a prestação de serviços ao paciente do Sistema Único de Saúde na prevenção, com diagnósticos, realização de tratamento, ensino e pesquisa em oncologia.

Estamos em busca de um profissional para a função de Fonoaudiólogo III.

PRINCIPAIS ATRIBUIÇÕES DESEMPENHADAS PELO CARGO

  • Realizar avaliação fonoaudiológica abrangente, incluindo linguagem, fala, voz, motricidade orofacial, deglutição e aspectos cognitivo-comunicativos.
  • Identificar alterações fonoaudiológicas decorrentes de condições clínicas, neurológicas e oncológicas, bem como de tratamentos como cirurgias, quimioterapia e radioterapia.
  • Elaborar plano terapêutico individualizado, alinhado ao plano multiprofissional.
  • Executar intervenções para reabilitação da comunicação oral e escrita, linguagem expressiva e receptiva, e funções cognitivas relacionadas à comunicação (atenção, memória, funções executivas).
  • Atuar na prevenção, avaliação e reabilitação de disfagia, garantindo segurança e eficiência da deglutição.
  • Realizar manejo clínico de pacientes com risco de broncoaspiração, orientando equipe e familiares quanto às condutas seguras de alimentação.
  • Desenvolver terapias para reabilitação vocal, incluindo pacientes submetidos a cirurgias de cabeça e pescoço.
  • Indicar e orientar o uso de recursos de comunicação alternativa e aumentativa, quando necessário.
  • Orientar pacientes e familiares quanto a exercícios, adaptações e estratégias de comunicação e alimentação.
  • Registrar avaliações, evoluções e condutas em prontuário eletrônico, assegurando qualidade e rastreabilidade das informações.
  • Participar de discussões de casos e reuniões da equipe multiprofissional.
  • Cumprir protocolos assistenciais, normas institucionais, de biossegurança e de humanização.
  • Participar de treinamentos, educação continuada e projetos institucionais.

REQUISITOS E QUALIFICAÇÕES

  • Graduação completa em Fonoaudiologia.
  • Registro ativo no Conselho Regional de Fonoaudiologia (CREFONO).
  • Desejável pós-graduação ou especialização em Disfagia, Motricidade Orofacial, Linguagem, Neurofuncional ou áreas correlatas.
  • Vivência profissional em ambiente hospitalar, reabilitação e/ou oncologia.
  • Conhecimento em avaliação e reabilitação de disfagia.
  • Domínio de técnicas de reabilitação de linguagem, fala, voz e comunicação funcional.
  • Conhecimento em reabilitação cognitivo-comunicativa.
  • Atuação em pacientes oncológicos, especialmente em casos de cabeça e pescoço.
  • Conhecimento de protocolos assistenciais e práticas baseadas em evidências.
