Nosso propósito é a prestação de serviços ao paciente do Sistema Único de Saúde na prevenção, com diagnósticos, realização de tratamento, ensino e pesquisa em oncologia.

Estamos em busca de um profissional para a função de Psicólogo I.

PRINCIPAIS ATRIBUIÇÕES DESEMPENHADAS PELO CARGO

  • Realizar avaliação psicológica abrangente, incluindo aspectos emocionais, comportamentais e cognitivos.
  • Aplicar e interpretar instrumentos de rastreio e avaliação cognitiva, quando aplicável.
  • Elaborar plano terapêutico individualizado, contemplando intervenções psicológicas e estratégias de reabilitação cognitiva.
  • Desenvolver intervenções voltadas ao manejo de funções cognitivas, como atenção, memória, funções executivas, linguagem e orientação.
  • Atuar na estimulação e reabilitação cognitiva em pacientes com comprometimentos decorrentes de doenças neurológicas, oncológicas ou outras condições clínicas.
  • Realizar atendimentos psicológicos individuais e, quando pertinente, em grupo, incluindo grupos de estimulação cognitiva.
  • Apoiar pacientes e familiares no enfrentamento de alterações cognitivas e emocionais associadas ao tratamento e à doença.
  • Desenvolver estratégias de enfrentamento (coping), manejo de ansiedade, depressão, estresse e sofrimento psíquico.
  • Atuar em cuidados paliativos, quando aplicável, com suporte psicológico e orientação familiar.
  • Registrar evoluções, condutas e resultados em prontuário eletrônico, garantindo rastreabilidade, qualidade e sigilo das informações.
  • Participar de discussões de casos clínicos e reuniões multiprofissionais.
  • Cumprir protocolos institucionais, diretrizes éticas e práticas de humanização.
  • Participar de programas de educação continuada e projetos institucionais.

REQUISITOS E QUALIFICAÇÕES

  • Graduação completa em Psicologia.
  • Registro ativo no Conselho Regional de Psicologia (CRP).
  • Desejável pós-graduação ou especialização em Psicologia Hospitalar, Neuropsicologia, Reabilitação Cognitiva ou áreas correlatas.
  • Experiência em avaliação e intervenção cognitiva, preferencialmente em contexto hospitalar ou de reabilitação.
  • Conhecimento em avaliação psicológica e neuropsicológica.
  • Domínio de técnicas de reabilitação e estimulação cognitiva.
  • Conhecimento em psicologia hospitalar e/ou oncológica.
  • Habilidade na condução de psicoterapia breve e intervenções focadas.
  • Atuação integrada em equipe multiprofissional.
  • Conhecimento de protocolos assistenciais e práticas baseadas em evidências.

CARGA HORÁRIA

Escala 06:15, 30 horas semanais, segunda a sexta-feira;

Das 07:00 às 13:15 ou das 12:00 às 18:15;
