Estamos em busca de um profissional para a função de Técnico Nutrição

PRINCIPAIS ATRIBUIÇÕES DESEMPENHADAS PELO CARGO

  • Auxiliar na supervisão da produção e distribuição de refeições aos pacientes, colaboradores e acompanhantes, assegurando o cumprimento dos padrões de qualidade, higiene e segurança alimentar.
  • Controlar o recebimento, armazenamento e validade de gêneros alimentícios, conforme critérios técnicos e sanitários.
  • Auxiliar no planejamento e na conferência das dietas hospitalares conforme prescrição da nutricionista.
  • Supervisionar a organização e a limpeza da área de preparo, equipamentos e utensílios da cozinha, orientando a equipe de copeiras e cozinheiros.
  • Monitorar a temperatura de alimentos preparados e armazenados, registrando os dados conforme protocolo institucional.
  • Realizar treinamentos operacionais e de boas práticas junto à equipe da cozinha e da copa hospitalar.
  • Realizar controles e preenchimentos de planilhas relacionadas à rotina de produção, controle de qualidade e vigilância sanitária.
  • Acompanhar a montagem de bandejas e verificar a adequação das dietas prescritas.
  • Colaborar na elaboração de cardápios sob orientação da nutricionista responsável.
  • Zelar pelo cumprimento das normas da ANVISA, do Manual de Boas Práticas e do Serviço de Controle de Infecção Hospitalar (SCIH).

REQUISITOS E QUALIFICAÇÕES

  • Curso Técnico em Nutrição completo, com registro ativo no CRN (Conselho Regional de Nutrição).
  • Experiência prévia em ambiente hospitalar será um diferencial.
  • Conhecimento em técnicas de higiene, segurança alimentar e controle de qualidade.
