Nosso propósito é a prestação de serviços ao paciente do Sistema Único de Saúde na prevenção, com diagnósticos, realização de tratamento, ensino e pesquisa em oncologia.

Estamos em busca de um profissional para a função de Técnico de Enfermagem.

REQUISITOS Residir na região de Fernandópolis e ter disponibilidade de viagens, pois a base de saída das viagens é na cidade de Fernandópolis.

Possuir disponibilidade para viagens curtas e longas (dias ou meses) e flexibilidade de horários, devido os eventos programados.

Essa vaga irá acompanhar a Unidade Móvel em Eventos pelo Brasil o ano todo.

Caso necessite trabalhar no prédio a unidade fica em Fernandópolis, ter disponibilidade de transporte.

PRINCIPAIS ATRIBUIÇÕES DESEMPENHADAS PELO CARGO

Acolher o paciente;

Realizar os exames de coleta;

Organizar o material para os exames e verificar estoque;

Preencher formulários de agendamento de paciente;

Orientar pós exames, reconvocação se necessário de exames;

Prestar as informações necessárias ao paciente a fim de esclarecer dúvidas e garantir qualidade no resultado;

Realizar limpeza no equipamento com produtos apropriados para garantir a higienização necessária.

QUALIFICAÇÕES

Formação: Curso Técnico de Enfermagem com Conselho Ativo;

Desejável: Informática básico;

Desejável: Pacote Office básico.

CARGA HORÁRIA

8h48min diárias (disponibilidade de horários e aos finais de semana nas viagens)

Unidade Fixa/Prédio: 08h48min diárias (segunda a sexta-feira)
