Estamos em busca de um profissional para a função de Terapeuta Ocupacional I.

PRINCIPAIS ATRIBUIÇÕES DESEMPENHADAS PELO CARGO

  • Atuar com pacientes em programa de reabilitação ambulatorial que apresentem disfunção motora, de Atividades de Vida diária Integrado a equipe multidisciplinar afim de avaliar o paciente, indicando equipamentos e adaptações para adequação da postura com vista à funcionalidade do paciente.
  • Realizar atendimento terapêutico ocupacional a pacientes em tratamento ambulatorial sendo atendimento terapêutico individual e/ou em grupo;
  • Avaliar a capacidade funcional do paciente por meio de testes específicos e os diferentes contextos de desempenho ocupacional, orientando e/ou intervindo, se necessário;
  • Utilizar métodos e técnicas de Terapia Ocupacional dentre eles, a Análise de Atividade, com objetivo de melhorar o desempenho funcional e facilitar a aprendizagem das destrezas, favorecendo o máximo de independência pessoal e qualidade de vida;
  • Desenvolver ações na área de Tecnologia Assistiva, objetivando a melhora do desempenho ocupacional e para dar continuidade ao trabalho no âmbito familiar e social;
  • Auxiliar a adequação e/ou modificação ambiental, favorecendo independência pessoal e acessibilidade;
  • Avaliar e treinar as atividades básicas de vida diária (alimentação, vestuário, higiene e aparência pessoal, locomoção e comunicação), instrumentais de vida diária (afazeres domésticos, uso de telefone, uso de computador, entre outras), de vida do trabalho e de vida do lazer;
  • Elaborar, avaliar, e, se necessário, confeccionar adaptações para favorecer ou substituir as funções prejudicadas ou ausentes;
  • Confeccionar órteses para membros superiores, objetivando prevenir deformidades, tratar e melhorar a funcionalidade;
  • Integrar a equipe multidisciplinar avaliando o paciente e indicando equipamentos e adaptações para adequação da postura com vista à funcionalidade;
  • Desenvolver e participa de estudos e eventos científicos relacionados à terapia ocupacional em reabilitação.

REQUISITOS E QUALIFICAÇÕES

  • Graduação completa em Terapia Ocupacional.
  • Conselho Regional em Terapia Ocupacional (CREFITO) ativo.
  • Desejável Especialização em Terapia Ocupacional de Membros superiores e/ou ABA.
