Als Front Office Supervisor bij Hotel Groningen - Zuidbroek A7 ben je verantwoordelijk voor het aansturen van ons jonge en dynamische receptieteam. Samen zorgen we ervoor dat onze gasten een warm welkom ontvangen en een uitstekend verblijf hebben.

Als Supervisor op de receptieafdeling is het jouw taak om het team te motiveren, te begeleiden en te ondersteunen. Je bent het aanspreekpunt voor zowel gasten als teamleden en zorgt ervoor dat alles soepel verloopt.

We zoeken iemand die energiek, proactief en klantgericht is. Iemand die het team kan inspireren en sturen en die zelf ook graag de handen uit de mouwen steekt. Ben jij degene die ons jonge team naar een hoger niveau kan tillen? Solliciteer dan nu!

Voor deze functie zoeken wij een collega die zich herkent in het volgende profiel:

  • Minimaal MBO+/HBO werk- en denkniveau, bij voorkeur in de richting van Hospitality, Hotelmanagement of Toerisme
  • Aantoonbare ervaring in een front office functie binnen de hotellerie; leidinggevende ervaring is een pré
  • Ervaring met het maken en beheren van personeelsroosters en het bewaken van de personeelsbezetting
  • In staat om nieuwe collega’s in te werken en medewerkers te begeleiden en op te leiden
  • Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden en een natuurlijke, coachende leiderschapsstijl
  • Gastgericht, servicegericht en altijd oog voor kwaliteit en detail
  • In staat om een jong en dynamisch team te motiveren, ontwikkelen en aan te sturen
  • Stressbestendig en flexibel inzetbaar, ook tijdens weekenden en feestdagen
  • Proactief, oplossingsgericht en een groot verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel
  • Goede beheersing van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal (Duits is een pré)
  • Ervaring met hotelreserveringssystemen en administratieve werkzaamheden is een pré
  • 32 - 38 uur per week (ook in de avonden & weekenden)
