Bereid samen met collega’s smaakvolle gerechten bij Van der Valk Groningen-Zuidbroek. Als Zelfstandig Werkend Kok ben je verantwoordelijk voor de bestellingen vanuit ons restaurant. Ook help je met de voorbereidingen voor de geplande buffetten. Gelukkig doe je dit niet alleen en staat er een team om je heen. Jouw doel is om elke werkdag weer te zorgen voor een glimlach op het gezicht van de gast.

Als Zelfstandig Werkend Kok speel jij een belangrijke rol in het waarmaken van ons motto. Dit doe je door te zorgen dat gerechten altijd met dezelfde kwaliteit de keuken verlaten. Dan komt de gast graag nog een keer terug om te genieten van jouw heerlijke gerechten!

Taken & verantwoordelijkheden:

  • Het bereiden van gerechten van onze lunch- en dinerkaart;
  • Het voorbereiden van buffetten;
  • Je denkt actief mee over vernieuwingen op de menukaart en de presentatie van gerechten;
  • Je bent verantwoordelijk voor kwaliteitscontroles op ingrediënten en bereidingen;
  • Het beheren van ontvangst, opslag en kwaliteit van bestelde producten;
  • Samen met collega’s zorg je dat de HACCP richtlijnen altijd worden nageleefd.
  • Ervaring in een soortgelijke functie en MBO niveau 3 werk- en denkniveau;
  • Je levert graag input voor nieuwe gerechten en het samenstellen van de menukaart;
  • Met jouw passie voor koken geniet je ervan om van ieder gerecht iets moois te maken;
  • Naast jouw enthousiasme, omschrijf je jezelf als stressbestendig, creatief en collegiaal;
  • Je bent flexibel inzetbaar, ook in de weekenden avonden en tijdens feestdagen;
