Als Sous-chef bij Hotel Groningen - Zuidbroek A7 binnen de afdeling Keuken ben je een essentieel onderdeel van ons culinaire team. Samen met de Chef-kok zorg je voor de dagelijkse gang van zaken in de keuken en draag je bij aan het creëren van heerlijke gerechten voor onze gasten.

  • Assisteren van de Chef-kok bij het plannen en organiseren van keukenactiviteiten
  • Leiding geven aan het keukenteam en zorgen voor een soepele samenwerking
  • Voorbereiden en bereiden van gerechten volgens recept en kwaliteitsnormen
  • Bewaken van de voorraad en doen van bestellingen
  • Zorgen voor een schone en georganiseerde keuken

Wij zoeken een gepassioneerde Sous-chef met oog voor detail en een creatieve benadering van koken. Je hebt ervaring in een soortgelijke functie en bent bekend met HACCP-richtlijnen. Je bent stressbestendig, communicatief vaardig en een teamspeler.

Jij hebt de leiding bij afwezigheid van de Chefkok. Daarnaast ben je uiteraard een teamspeler en flexibel als het om werktijden gaat. We werken tenslotte in de horeca. Ook heb je:

  • Enkele jaren werkervaring in een soortgelijk restaurant.
  • Een afgeronde koks opleiding.
  • Goede HACCP kennis
  • Je bent fulltime (38 uur) en flexibel inzetbaar, ook in de weekenden avonden en tijdens feestdagen.
