Denn bei uns in der Kinderanimation gestaltest Du unvergessliche Urlaubsmomente für unsere kleinen Gäste. Mit Herz, Humor und einem echten Gespür für Kinder schenkst Du ihnen Geborgenheit und Abenteuer zugleich.

Was dich bei uns erwartet:

  • Kinderaugen zum Leuchten zu bringen, gelingt dir mit liebevoller Begleitung, kreativen Ideen und ganz viel Herz.
  • Kreative, altersgerechte Programme gestaltest du mit viel Begeisterung – drinnen wie draußen in unseren Kinderbereichen.

Küsten - Krabbler (3 Monate bis 3 Jahre) – nur außerhalb der Ferienzeiten ab 2026 Piraten der Schatzinsel (3–6 Jahre) Seeräuber der Meere (7–11 Jahre) Landratten (10–15 Jahre)

  • Als vertrauensvolle Ansprechperson bist du für Kinder und Eltern da – immer freundlich, aufmerksam und zuverlässig.
  • Für Sicherheit und Wohlbefinden in unseren liebevoll eingerichteten Spiel- und Erlebniswelten sorgst du mit großer Verantwortung.
  • Als wichtiger Teil unseres Animationsteams arbeitest du eng mit anderen Bereichen wie Rezeption und Service zusammen – so entstehen gemeinsam unvergessliche Momente.

Was wir uns von dir wünschen:

  • Du hast Erfahrung im Umgang mit Kindern und bist mit voller Begeisterung und Herzblut dabei.
  • Kreativität, Einfühlungsvermögen und Verantwortungsbewusstsein zeichnen dich aus, dazu trittst du sicher und selbstbewusst auf.
  • Selbst in hektischen Momenten arbeitest du strukturiert und eigenständig und behältst stets die Ruhe.
  • Du besitzt gute Deutschkenntnisse, weitere Sprachen sind willkommen, aber kein Muss.
  • Flexibilität bei den Arbeitszeiten – auch an Wochenenden und in den Ferien – ist für dich selbstverständlich.
  • Offenheit und Freundlichkeit prägen deinen Umgang mit Kinder und Eltern. Das moderieren von Programmhighlights macht dir Freude und du bringst dabei deine Persönlichkeit ein.
  • Als Walking-Act in unsere Maskottchen-Kostüme (Happy oder Klausi) zu schlüpfen schreckt dich nicht ab und du hast Freude daran den Kinder damit ein Lächeln ins Gesicht zu zaubern.
  • Teil eines besonderen Teams zu sein, dass von echtem Teamgeist und Herzblut geprägt ist, spornt dich an.
  • Wichtig ist, dass ein erweitertes Führungszeugnis vorliegt, das nicht älter als sechs Monate ist.

Dein neuer Arbeitsplatz

Du arbeitest im Familien Wellness Hotel Seeklause, Mölschower Weg 1a, 17449 Trassenheide mitten auf der wunderschönen Insel Usedom. Hier dreht sich alles um das Wohl von Familien und um ein starkes, herzliches Team, das zusammenhält.

Deine Arbeitszeiten

Deine Arbeitszeiten richten sich nach dem Animationsprogramm und den Bedürfnissen unserer Gäste – in der Regel im Schichtdienst:

  • Frühschichten: 08:00–16:00 Uhr oder 09:00–17:00 Uhr
  • Tagschichten (im Freibeuter = Familienanimationen): 10:00–18:00 Uhr
  • Spätschichten: 13:30–21:30 Uhr

Auch an Wochenenden und Feiertagen. Die Dienste stimmen wir im Team fair ab – mit Blick auf Ausgleich und Deine Wünsche.
