Damit sich unsere Gäste rundum wohlfühlen, braucht es Menschen mit einem Blick fürs Detail, Organisationstalent und echter Leidenschaft für Sauberkeit und Struktur. Genau deshalb suchen wir dich! Als Hausdame (m/w/d) bist du ein zentraler Teil unseres Teams und sorgst dafür, dass alles reibungslos läuft – im Hintergrund und für unsere Gäste sichtbar.

Was dich bei uns erwartet:

  • Du arbeitest in einem interkulturellen Team, das sich gegenseitig unterstützt und gemeinsam an einem Ziel arbeitet: Familienglück produzieren.
  • In deiner Schicht von 12:00 bis 20:00 Uhr, auch an Wochenenden, koordinierst du die Zusammenarbeit mit einer externen Dienstleistung, kontrollierst diese Arbeiten und die öffentlichen Bereiche und unterstützt bei Bedarf die Public Cleaner.
  • Du bereitest den nächsten Tag vor, kümmerst dich um das Verräumen der Wäsche, das Auffüllen von Reinigungsmitteln und setzt Gästewünsche in enger Abstimmung mit der Rezeption um – vom Kinderbett bis zum Bettwäschewechsel.
  • Die Tätigkeit erfordert körperliche Belastbarkeit, z. B. beim Verräumen von Wäsche oder bei Reinigungsarbeiten.
  • Dabei nutzt du moderne technische Geräte und digitale Anwendungen, um deine Aufgaben effizient zu erledigen.

Was wir uns von dir wünschen:

  • Idealerweise bringst du Erfahrung im Housekeeping mit – aber auch Quereinsteiger:innen mit Organisationstalent sind willkommen.
  • Du bist teamfähig und gleichzeitig durchsetzungsstark.
  • Du hast ein gutes Gespür für Ordnung und Sauberkeit, arbeitest zuverlässig, eigenständig und mit einem hohen Qualitätsanspruch.
  • Stress bringt dich nicht aus der Ruhe – im Gegenteil: Du behältst auch in hektischen Momenten den Überblick.
  • Gute Deutschkenntnisse sind Voraussetzung, polnische Sprachkenntnisse sind von Vorteil.
  • Ein gepflegtes Erscheinungsbild und Kommunikationsstärke runden dein Profil ab.

Du arbeitest im Familien Wellness Hotel Seeklause, Mölschower Weg 1a, 17449 Trassenheide – mitten auf der schönen Insel Usedom. Hier erwartet Dich ein herzliches Team und ein Arbeitsplatz, an dem sich alles um das Wohl von Familien dreht.

Deine Arbeitszeiten

Du übernimmst den Großteil der Spätschichten über den Monat. Auch an Wochenenden und Feiertagen bist du Teil des Ablaufs – mit Ausgleich und Rücksicht auf deine Wünsche. Spätschichten: 12.00 – 20.00 Uhr
