Deine Aufgaben als Koch

  • Zubereitung von Frühstücks‑, Mittags‑ und Abendbuffets
  • Frontcooking einzelner Buffetbestandteile (z. B. Steak, Pasta, Pizza)
  • Mitgestaltung unseres familienfreundlichen & modernen Buffetkonzepts
  • Sicherer Umgang mit Hygiene‑ und HACCP‑Standards
  • Warenannahme, Lagerhaltung und strukturierte Arbeitsabläufe
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit im Küchenteam – miteinander statt gegeneinander

Du arbeitest im Familien Wellness Hotel Seeklause, Mölschower Weg 1a, 17449 Trassenheide, direkt auf der Insel Usedom. Unser Haus steht für:

  • Familienurlaub auf 4‑Sterne‑Niveau
  • modernes All‑Inclusive‑Verpflegungskonzept
  • ein herzliches Team aus über 120 Crewmitgliedern

Deine Arbeitszeiten

Die Dienste werden im Team fair abgestimmt. Auch an Wochenenden und Feiertagen bist du Teil des Ablaufs – mit Ausgleich und Rücksicht auf deine Wünsche.

  • Frühschichten: 06:00 – 14:00 Uhr und 08:00 – 16:00 Uhr
  • Spätschichten: 14:00 – 22:00 Uhr
