Situé au cœur des Batignolles, l’Hôtel Eldorado 4★ est une adresse parisienne pleine de charme, à l’atmosphère chaleureuse et conviviale.

Son restaurant propose une cuisine française traditionnelle, élaborée à partir de produits soigneusement sélectionnés, et un service à table avec nappage, dans un esprit à la fois élégant et décontracté.

L’établissement bénéficie d’un cadre particulièrement agréable avec son jardin intérieur, véritable havre de verdure au cœur de Paris. Une partie du jardin est aménagée et chauffée, permettant d’accueillir les clients en extérieur une grande partie de l’année.

L’Eldorado possède également une cheminée intérieure et une cheminée extérieure au feu de bois, qui contribuent à créer une atmosphère chaleureuse et unique, particulièrement appréciée de notre clientèle.

Notre clientèle, française et internationale, recherche autant la qualité de l’accueil et du service que l’expérience et l’atmosphère singulière de l’établissement.

VOTRE MISSION

Au sein de notre équipe restauration, vous participerez aux services du petit déjeuner et du déjeuner.

Vous serez notamment chargé(e) de :

  • Préparer et mettre en place la salle pour le petit déjeuner
  • Accueillir et accompagner les clients
  • Assurer le service du petit déjeuner
  • Préparer la salle pour le déjeuner
  • Assurer le service à table dans le respect des standards de l’établissement
  • Prendre les commandes et conseiller les clients
  • Assurer le suivi et la satisfaction des clients pendant le service
  • Débarrasser et remettre les tables en place
  • Participer au rangement et à la bonne tenue de la salle
  • Travailler en coordination avec la cuisine et l’ensemble de l’équipe

LE PROFIL QUE NOUS RECHERCHONS

Vous avez une expérience réussie en hôtellerie, idéalement au sein d’un hôtel 4★ ou d’un établissement proposant un service à table de qualité.

Vous êtes :

  • Souriant(e) et naturellement tourné(e) vers le client
  • Élégant(e), professionnel(le) et attentif(ve) aux détails
  • Dynamique et organisé(e)
  • À l’aise dans le travail en équipe
  • Sensible à la qualité du service et à l’hospitalité

Un anglais parlé courant est indispensable, notre clientèle étant largement internationale.

Du lundi au vendredi 7h00 – 15h30 Repos tous les samedis et dimanches
