Avec ses 18 chambres au design soigné mêlant mobilier vintage et confort moderne, il incarne l'art de vivre à la parisienne. Son bar et son restaurant, mettant en avant une cuisine française raffinée, en font une destination prisée par une clientèle exigeante.

En tant que Chef de Partie, vous jouerez un rôle essentiel dans la création de nos plats d'exception. Vous travaillerez en étroite collaboration avec le Chef de Cuisine et ses équipes pour assurer la qualité des mets servis, tout en respectant les standards de l’hôtel et les attentes de nos clients. Votre expertise culinaire et votre autonomie seront des atouts clés dans le bon déroulement de notre service.

Vos Missions

Préparation des plats :

- Assurer la préparation, la cuisson et la finition des plats de votre section, en respectant les recettes et les standards de l’hôtel.

- Garantir une présentation soignée et en parfaite harmonie avec le style de gastronomie de notre établissement.

- Participer à la gestion des stocks et au suivi des approvisionnements pour votre poste.

Maintien de la qualité et de l'hygiène :

- Respecter les normes de sécurité et d’hygiène (HACCP) à tout moment.

- Veiller à la propreté de votre poste de travail et à l'entretien du matériel.

Collaboration avec l'équipe :

- Travailler en étroite collaboration avec l’équipe de cuisine pour assurer un service rapide et de qualité.

- Encadrer, former et soutenir les commis de cuisine, en partageant vos connaissances et compétences.

Création et innovation :

- Participer à l'élaboration de nouvelles recettes et à l’amélioration continue de l’offre culinaire de l’établissement.

Qui êtes-vous ?

Vous avez déjà une expérience solide en tant que Chef de Partie dans un établissement de qualité. Vous êtes passionné par la cuisine et soucieux de la qualité des produits.

Maîtrise des techniques culinaires, créativité, sens du détail et organisation.

Vous aimez travailler en équipe, transmettre vos savoir-faire et soutenir vos collègues dans l’atteinte des objectifs communs.

Vous êtes capable de travailler de manière autonome et d’assurer un service de qualité même sous pression.
