Hotel TwentySeven is een exceptioneel en sensationeel suite boutique hotel, gelegen in het bruisende centrum van Amsterdam met een prachtig uitzicht op de Dam en het vernieuwde Rokin. Hotel TwentySeven, met een Michelinster bekroond Restaurant Bougainville en Bar TwentySeven is een bestemming en toevluchtsoord, waar alles mogelijk is voor onze gasten. Het laat de gast versteld staan van unieke hospitality dat bestaat uit volledig gepersonaliseerde services, om aan de wensen en verlangens van onze gasten te voldoen. Naast onze gasten zijn onze medewerkers erg belangrijk. Nieuwe collega’s krijgen een warm welkom en we zorgen samen voor een werkplek waar elke medewerker zich veilig en thuis voelt.

In deze functie ondersteun je de Hoofd Technische Dienst met verschillende werkzaamheden, zoals het afhandelen van (storings)meldingen en het verrichten van voorkomende reparatie- en onderhoudswerkzaamheden. Het is een veelzijdige functie waarbij je nauw samenwerkt met alle afdelingen binnen Hotel TwentySeven. Je werkt voor en achter de schermen om de top kwaliteit van het hotel te waarborgen met als doel de gast een optimale ervaring te geven.

Kort gezegd dit ga je doen:

  • Afhandelen van vragen/(storings)meldingen van interne afdelingen en gasten;
  • Het opvragen van offertes bij buitenfirma’s en/of bestellen van benodigde apparatuur of onderdelen;
  • Beheren van de technische dienst voorraden;
  • Verrichten van de voorkomende reparatie- en onderhoudswerkzaamheden, zoals: kleine aanpassingen aan de elektra/data-voorzieningen, trekken van leidingen, aansluiten van stopcontacten e.d.; eenvoudige reparaties aan apparatuur, sanitaire voorzieningen, verlichting, hang- en sluitwerk e.d.; herstelschilderwerk als gevolg van beschadigingen; meewerken bij door buitenfirma’s te verrichten reparaties/onderhoud.

Hier herken jij jezelf in:

  • Recente werkervaring in een Technische Dienst functie (bij voorkeur in een hotel) of een opleiding afgerond in deze richting;
  • Je hebt kennis van algemeen onderhoud en technisch werk;
  • Je bent veelzijdig, efficiënt en je houdt ervan om binnen de dynamiek van het hotel te werken;
  • Je kunt goed samenwerken, maar ook zelfstandig en weet om te gaan met vele ad hoc taken;
  • Je beheerst zowel de Nederlandse als de Engelse taal.

Wat wij bieden:

  • Salaris tussen € 3200,- en € 3800,- (bruto o.b.v. 38 uur, afhankelijk van kennis en ervaring)
  • Uitzicht op een vast contract
