Missão da área: Estamos em busca de um(a) Data Manager para liderar a área de dados das frentes de Marketing, Growth e CX. Essa pessoa será peça-chave na construção de modelos, análises e novas frentes de dados e AI, atuando ao lado da liderança dessas áreas para direcionar decisões de negócio baseadas em dados sólidos e bem fundamentados.

Aqui suas responsabilidades serão:

  • Ser parte integrante da liderança das BUs de Marketing, Growth e CX, contribuindo ativamente para direcionar a priorização do negócio;
  • Certificar de que o processo de tomada de decisão baseado em dados esteja sendo respeitado e bem fundamentado em fontes confiáveis e análises sólidas;
  • Ser responsável pelos dados dessas frentes (Marketing, Growth e CX), incluindo a construção de modelos, análises e geração de insights que suportem decisões estratégicas;
  • Consolidar a visão de dados desses negócios, garantindo uma leitura integrada e única das frentes de Marketing, Growth e CX;
  • Estruturar e liderar novas frentes de dados, modelos e AI, apoiando projetos novos que surgirem dentro dessas áreas;
  • Gerenciar equipes de dados direta e indiretamente;
  • Ser responsável pela orientação técnica e analítica do trabalho dos analistas, bem como pela gestão de sua carreira;
  • O mais importante: divirta-se e crie soluções incríveis baseadas em dados

Qualificações que você precisa ter:

  • Sólida formação analítica, sendo capaz de sugerir, criar e validar soluções analíticas para alavancar as áreas de negócio atendidas;
  • Experiência na estruturação de dados, modelos e projetos de AI, atuando como referência técnica na construção de novas frentes;
  • Comunicação eficaz com líderes de produto, negócio e tecnologia, traduzindo de forma simples as conclusões obtidas para tomada de decisões, garantindo entendimento claro entre as áreas;
  • Pensamento estratégico, contribuindo com os direcionamentos das equipes ao combinar expertise técnica e de negócio;
  • Experiência prévia em liderança de projetos de dados, com evidências claras de contribuição intelectual para decisões do negócio;
  • Domínio técnico em Python, SQL;
  • Conhecimento de Power BI e experiência com cloud (GCP e/ou AWS);

Habilidades que são diferenciais:

  • Experiência nas áreas de Growth e/ou Marketing
  • Experiência prévia em projetos envolvendo AI/modelos preditivos aplicados a negócio.
