Missão da área: Apoiar o dia a dia da gestão de relacionamentos, execução e otimização do ecossistema de parceiros de pagamento da Hotmart (adquirentes, bandeiras, emissores...). Trabalha de perto com a liderança, apoiando as agendas com processadores, parceiros e provedores de infraestrutura. O foco é execução, análise e suporte a relacionamentos.

Aqui suas responsabilidades serão:

  • Apoiar a manutenção e o fortalecimento das relações com bancos, PSPs, adquirentes e provedores de meios e métodos de pagamento
  • Realizar discovery de negócios de novas iniciativas (ex: mapear oportunidades comerciais com novos parceiros/mercados, avaliar viabilidade técnica e comercial, etc.)
  • Realizar análises de performance da operação, incluindo monitoria durante onboarding de novas soluções, em conjunto com Produto, Engenharia, Risco e Operações
  • Acompanhar e propor melhorias na performance dos fluxos de pagamento (conversão, custo, confiabilidade)
  • Identificar e mapear novas oportunidades de parceria
  • Apoiar a estruturação de acordos que suportem novos produtos
  • Traduzir insights em impacto de negócio e contribuir para o roadmap

Qualificações que você precisa ter:

  • Experiência sólida com parcerias em pagamentos, fintech ou serviços financeiros
  • Boa capacidade de trabalhar sob pressão e resolver problemas operacionais complexos em tempo real
  • Alto senso de dono e urgência
  • Mentalidade orientada a dados
  • Conhecimento em SQL
  • Inglês fluente
  • Comunicação excelente, à vontade com stakeholders seniores
  • Organização com emails, agendas e threads em um ambiente de alta demanda

Habilidades que são diferenciais:

  • Experiência com parceiros globais e ambientes multi-PSPs e adquirências e fluência em espanhol.
