Missão da área: Conectar pessoas e oportunidades para alavancar os resultados de negócio e impulsionar a cultura Hotmart e nossos creators ao redor do mundo.

Aqui suas responsabilidades serão:

  • Conduzir processos seletivos globais end-to-end para posições de diferentes níveis e complexidades, garantindo uma experiência de excelência para candidatos e hiring managers.
  • Atuar como parceiro estratégico dos hiring managers, apoiando a definição de perfil, estratégia de atração, avaliação e tomada de decisão.
  • Construir e executar estratégias de sourcing para posições estratégicas e de difícil contratação, utilizando diferentes canais e metodologias de atração.
  • Realizar entrevistas estruturadas e avaliações de candidatos, garantindo consistência, qualidade e alinhamento aos requisitos técnicos e comportamentais da posição.
  • Ser guardião(a) dos princípios e da cultura da empresa ao longo de todo o processo seletivo, contribuindo para elevar continuamente a régua de contratação.
  • Utilizar dados e indicadores de Talent Acquisition para acompanhar o desempenho dos processos, identificar oportunidades de melhoria e apoiar decisões de negócio.
  • Gerenciar e acompanhar o pipeline de candidatos, garantindo agilidade, qualidade e cumprimento dos SLAs acordados.
  • Garantir uma experiência positiva e consistente para candidatos durante todas as etapas do processo seletivo.
  • Compartilhar conhecimento e boas práticas com o time de Talent Acquisition, contribuindo para o desenvolvimento e evolução da área.

Qualificações que você precisa ter:

  • Inglês avançado ou fluente, com capacidade de atuar em processos e interações em contexto global.
  • Disponibilidade para trabalhar no formato híbrido, 3x por semana presencial em nossos escritórios de São Paulo (SP) ou Belo Horizonte (MG).
  • Capacidade de trabalhar com múltiplas posições e prioridades simultaneamente, mantendo organização e qualidade nas entregas.
  • Perfil analítico, com experiência no acompanhamento e utilização de indicadores de recrutamento para tomada de decisão.
  • Excelente comunicação verbal e escrita, com capacidade de influenciar e atuar com diferentes stakeholders.
  • Perfil consultivo, hands-on, organizado e orientado a resultados.
  • Capacidade de atuar em ambientes dinâmicos, com autonomia e alto nível de responsabilidade.

Habilidades que são diferenciais:

  • Experiência em recrutamento para empresas de tecnologia, SaaS, startups ou ambientes de alto crescimento.
  • Experiência recrutando posições de liderança, posições estratégicas ou perfis altamente especializados.
  • Experiência com recrutamento internacional ou atuação em ambientes multiculturais.
  • Conhecimento de métricas e indicadores de Talent Acquisition, como Time to Fill, Offer Acceptance Rate, Funnel Conversion e Quality of Hire.
  • Experiência com ATS GreenHouse e ferramentas do LinkedIn.
  • Experiência com projetos de melhoria de processos, automação ou implementação de novas ferramentas em Talent Acquisition.
