1. 本科及以上学历，5年以上工作经验 2. 具备面向客户的售前技术支持、深度学习推理相关解决方案技术支持的能力和经验 3. 工作积极主动，有良好的团队沟通与协作能力、计划能力，并能输出高质量的结果 4. 具备以下一个或多个能力和经验者优先： 1. 有AI芯片（GPU、NPU等）上推理应用、推理加速等软件开发经验者优先；具备Linux，Deep Learning, AI编译器使用（例如TensorRT）, AI推理服务器（例如 Triton Inference Server, vLLM, SGLang）， 模型量化等相关知识 2. 具备一个或多个解决方案或应用开发经验：自然语言处理，计算视觉，推理加速，搜索和推荐 3. 具备一个或多个金融、互联网、机器人、汽车、信创行业里，AI应用和方案落地经验 4. 有嵌入式系统、系统解决方案设计经验 5. 有团队管理或项目管理经验
