1. 负责芯片的量产导入，协同设计、测试、质量与可靠性、验证、供应链等部门推动芯片量产导入质量与TTM的持续改善； 2. 负责芯片characterization/profiling, 推动芯片的性能/功耗/可量产性的分析和优化，实现产品利润最大化； 3. 作为NPI和量产期间Fab-OSAT管理及芯片生产的工程接口人，负责制造工艺的评估优化，负责芯片保质保量的按时交付； 4. 负责芯片生命周期良率管理； 5. 跨部门推动芯片NPI及量产流程/系统的建立和完善，持续推动降本增效； 6. 协助质量部对客户RMA进行分析，协助市场部完成客户沟通；

1. 3年以上产品工程经验，具有SOC类芯片研发到量产落地的经验，熟悉xPU芯片规格定义和characterization/profiling者优先; 2. 丰富的项目管理能力，了解IPD流程； 3. 熟悉Fab工艺和先进封装工艺，具备先进工艺PIE/PDE经验者优先； 4. 熟悉PLM、TDA等系统搭建、维护和优化，精通数据分析工具及脚本编写者优先； 5. 熟悉产品可靠性验证及FA者优先； 6. 较强的自驱力，沟通协调能力，具备系统性思维和共赢理念；
