The posting

1. 负责自研AI芯片、硬件产品及方案的客户技术支持，提供硬件选型、方案评估与前期设计指导； 2. 支持客户硬件原理图开发，高低速接口适配调试，定位并解决硬件设计与兼容性问题； 3. 指导、审核客户PCB Layout设计，把控信号完整性、布线规范与工艺风险，输出优化整改方案； 4. 跟进客户整机测试与调试，根据测试问题输出电路优化建议，协助客户完成功能、性能调优； 5. 负责对外技术文档输出与维护，包括硬件设计指导、应用手册及DFMEA、WCCA等质量技术文档； 6. 支持客户SMT生产、FCT测试量产落地，输出软硬件适配方案与验证支持，解决量产现场硬件问题； 7. 沉淀客户技术痛点与需求，同步硬件研发迭代优化，积累标准化技术方案与问题库。

1. 全日制本科及以上学历，5年及以上硬件研发工作及运维或FAE工作经验，有通信、服务器经验优先； 2. 扎实的模电、数电基础，熟练使用各类硬件调试仪器，具备独立硬件问题分析与排查能力； 3. 熟悉瑞芯微、英伟达或其他AI芯片及产品硬件架构及项目落地流程； 4. 熟练掌握电源、DDR、PCIE、MIPI、以太网等高低速接口设计原理及常见问题解决方案； 5. 具备良好的客户沟通、跨部门协作能力，逻辑清晰，擅长技术讲解与方案输出； 6. 工作自驱、抗压性强，具备良好的独立思考和快速学习能力，能高效处理现场突发问题。
