1.负责封装方案选型评估与选型，OSATs能力评估，封装尺寸评估等； 2.与物理实现及硬件团队协作完成Floorplan设计、Bump Pattern排布设计，芯片设计提前考虑封装可实现性； 3.进行封装Pinmap设计，与硬件PCB、测试ATE进行紧密合作，优化Pinmap设计； 4.具备一定基板设计能力，熟悉基板设计规则、完整设计流程与设计方法，能够参与基板相关设计工作； 5.与供应商完成可制造性review，管理供应商进度、质量、良率、风险等，提升封装良率和可靠性。

1.微电子/电子/通信/计算机等相关专业全日制本科及以上，3年以上相关工作经验； 2.具备先进封装如FCBGA/FCCSP/CoWoS/POP/FanOut/3DIC等设计经验； 3.了解封装制造工艺，基板及PCB生产流程，熟悉封装供应链体系和质量管理； 4.做事主动，有责任心，有创业心态。
