The posting

Howspace is a Saas company with a Learning & Enablement platform, helping organizations run impactful learning and enablement initiatives. The way organizations learn is changing, and we are moving from engagement, a nice-to-have, to enablement, a necessity.

We are looking for a Swedish & English speaking Account Manager to drive commercial growth across our existing customer base, for a one year parental leave cover. You will own the commercial relationships focusing on renewals, upsells, and cross-sells, while partnering closely with Customer Success to turn customer impact into shared revenue success. What will this role have ownership of?

  • Acting as a trusted partner for your portfolio customers to proactively drive the end-to-end commercial lifecycle for renewals and expansions
  • Partnering with Customer Success to turn customer value into tangible upsell revenue
  • Migrating existing accounts to standard contract terms and current pricing models
  • Self-sourcing new growth opportunities through proactive discovery and account planning
  • Qualifying inbound signals swiftly to maintain a crisp and actionable deal pipeline
  • Building mutual close plans to accurately forecast renewals
  • Sharing direct market feedback with Product and CS to refine our competitive edge

What does the role require from you?

  • Proven track record of driving Upsell and renewals revenue in partnership with CS
  • Solid negotiation skills to protect value while building trusted long-term relationships
  • Ability to move deals forward confidently with 60-70% of the information available
  • Structured approach to sales using frameworks like SPICED or Winning by Design
  • Highly collaborative and low-ego mindset to succeed alongside cross-functional teams
  • Experience in L&D or HR tech space is a plus
  • Typically requires 3+ years of Account Management experience in scale-up B2B SaaS
  • Fluent in English and Swedish; additional languages are an advantage
