Job Description

Main responsibilities: 1. Contract and customer information: Contract confirmation, entry, signing back, archiving; Customer Information Maintenance 2. Application and process support: account opening, samples, pricing, account adjustment, returns, rebates, packaging bags, reimbursement, etc. Application follow-up, stamping, registration, archiving, notification, etc 3. Sales and payment data: daily sales progress; Weekly sales/payment forecast follow-up; Payment discrepancies and follow-up on account reconciliation and signature 4. Reconciliation and invoicing assistance: statement preparation, signature, discrepancy feedback, archiving; Invoice Processing 5. Monthly closing: sales/payment report processing, PPT monthly report processing, etc 6. Sales data support: promotion, rebate, and contract quantity achievement accounting; Rebate table and sales data summary 7. Other: Assigned by leaders, coordinated with managers, customer service&supply assistance Job requirements: 1) College degree or above, with work experience in the lens industry or a major in optometry preferred 2) 1-3 years of customer service or sales assistant experience 3) Proficient in Excel, ERP, and Office; Understand the contract, invoicing, reconciliation, payment collection, return and exchange, and rebate processes; Data sensitivity 4) Strong resistance to pressure and excellent communication and coordination skills
