A empresa contratante é uma das maiores e mais influentes instituições financeiras cooperativas em Mato Grosso, e a vaga é de Analista de Processos Pleno, com foco em análise e melhoria de processos, atuando de forma consultiva junto às áreas, conduzindo diagnósticos, redesenho (AS IS / TO BE) e iniciativas de eficiência operacional. A posição tem bastante interface com stakeholders, espaço para estruturar indicadores e apoiar decisões estratégicas.

Abaixo estão as principais informações sobre a oportunidade de Analista de Processos Pleno.

Principais Responsabilidades

  • Mapear, analisar e redesenhar processos ponta a ponta (AS IS / TO BE), utilizando linguagem BPM/BPMN;
  • Atuar como consultor interno, apoiando as áreas na identificação de gargalos, riscos, desperdícios e oportunidades de melhoria;
  • Conduzir diagnósticos de processos, entrevistas, oficinas e workshops de mapeamento e melhoria;
  • Propor e acompanhar planos de ação voltados à melhoria contínua, eficiência operacional e qualidade;
  • Apoiar a construção e monitoramento de indicadores de desempenho de processos (KPIs);
  • Contribuir com a visão estratégica da área de Processos, conectando iniciativas às prioridades do negócio;
  • Atuar em projetos com abordagem ágil;
  • Apoiar iniciativas de padronização, documentação de processos e governança;
  • Contribuir na disseminação da cultura de processos, melhoria contínua e mindset ágil;
  • Apoiar iniciativas de automação, digitalização ou inovação de processos (quando aplicável).

Requisitos

  • Formação superior completa em Administração, Engenharia de Produção, Sistemas de Informação, Gestão de Processos ou áreas correlatas;
  • Experiência prévia em mapeamento e melhoria de processos;
  • Conhecimento em BPM e BPMN;
  • Vivência em atuação consultiva (interna ou externa);
  • Capacidade analítica, visão sistêmica e pensamento crítico;
  • Boa comunicação para interação com diferentes áreas e níveis hierárquicos;
  • Conhecimento sobre metodologias ágeis (Scrum, Kanban ou similares).

Diferenciais

  • Vivência com Lean Six Sigma (certificação Yellow/Green Belt será considerada um diferencial);
  • Experiência com metodologias de melhoria contínua (DMAIC, Kaizen, PDCA);
  • Atuação em projetos de transformação organizacional ou melhoria estratégica;
  • Experiência com ferramentas de automação de processos (RPA/Workflow);
  • Conhecimento em gestão por indicadores e OKRs.
