Missão da Área: Desenvolver soluções para ajudar nossos clientes a melhorar seus resultados através da utilização de soluções tecnológicas inovadoras e aperfeiçoamento dos processos de gestão. Você trabalhará dentro de uma equipe para dar vida aos projetos e ideias para novas aplicações web integradas com microsserviços, APIs e outros sistemas.

Atribuições do cargo:

  • Propor arquiteturas que atendam aos requisitos de negócio e qualidade, garantindo que as soluções sejam escaláveis e alinhadas às necessidades da empresa e pontualmente validar junto ao Tech Lead;
  • Codificar de forma estratégica, utilizando a programação como uma ferramenta para a geração de valor, sempre focando na resolução de problemas de negócio;
  • Ser uma referência técnica dentro da equipe, liderando por exemplo e promovendo uma cultura de aprendizado e melhoria contínua propondo novas tecnologias, metodologias e abordagens que melhorem a performance e a qualidade do código;
  • Garantir que as entregas de software estejam de acordo com os padrões de qualidade, atuando como guardião das melhores práticas de desenvolvimento e teste;
  • Colaborar com os Product Owners e o Tech Lead para definir e validar os critérios de aceitação e garantir que os requisitos de negócio sejam atendidos;
  • Propor inovações e melhorias para a equipe de desenvolvimento e para a arquitetura dos sistemas, sempre com foco em soluções que agreguem valor ao negócio e aos clientes;
  • Manter-se atualizado com as últimas tendências e inovações em tecnologia e desenvolvimento de software, aplicando essas inovações para resolver problemas e otimizar processos;
  • Demonstrar senso crítico e equilíbrio entre as necessidades técnicas e de negócio, tomando decisões estratégicas que otimizem resultados.
  • Ser capaz de resolver problemas complexos de arquitetura e otimização de sistemas, trazendo soluções rápidas e eficientes para os desafios técnicos enfrentados;
  • Demonstrar autonomia e proatividade na busca de soluções, tomando decisões com confiança e adaptando-se rapidamente quando necessário.

Requisitos:

  • Graduação completa ou em andamento em Ciência da Computação, Engenharia de Software, Sistemas de Informação ou áreas correlatas;
  • Experiência comprovada e consolidada com desenvolvimento de software, assim como em projetos complexos, resolvendo desafios técnicos significativos;
  • Sólido conhecimento de metodologias ágeis e participação ativa em cerimônias de desenvolvimento.
  • Hard Skills: JavaScript, TypeScript, Node.js, Nest.JS, Vue, Vuetify, SQL e boas práticas de desenvolvimento de software, testes unitários, padronização de projetos;
  • Soft Skills: Autodesenvolvimento, Raciocínio Lógico, Análise e solução de problemas, Foco no cliente e resultado, Boa comunicação; Capacidade de inspirar outros desenvolvedores; Comprometimento com o resultado e qualidade; Senso crítico; Equilíbrio entre as necessidades técnicas e de negócio; Habilidade para trabalhar de forma independente, com alta capacidade de aprendizado e adaptação.
