Estamos buscando profissional para vaga de Business Banking 1 para atuar em um dos nossos clientes em Florianópolis/SC.

Responsabilidades:

  • Gerir e desenvolver carteira de clientes Pessoa Jurídica, com faturamento anual entre R$ 500 mil e R$ 10 milhões, garantindo rentabilidade, retenção e crescimento sustentável.
  • Atuar de forma consultiva, compreendendo o negócio do cliente para estruturar soluções financeiras aderentes, com foco em crédito, produtos e relacionamento de longo prazo.
  • Realizar prospecção ativa e abertura de novas contas, com foco em empresas de maior potencial dentro da região de atuação.
  • Executar rotina 100% externa, com visitas presenciais diárias (PAP) aos clientes e prospects.
  • Estruturar e acompanhar operações de crédito, realizando análise de risco, capacidade de pagamento e acompanhamento da carteira.
  • Monitorar indicadores da carteira (risco, inadimplência, concentração e rentabilidade), atuando preventivamente para mitigação de riscos.
  • Garantir excelência no atendimento, mantendo relacionamento próximo, personalizado e de alta confiança com os clientes.
  • Atuar de forma disciplinada conforme o modelo comercial e de gestão do banco, cumprindo metas e padrões estabelecidos.

Pré-requisitos obrigatórios:

  • Certificação CPA-10 (ANBIMA) ativa.
  • Graduação completa.
  • Experiência comprovada na gestão de carteira de clientes Pessoa Jurídica (PJ).
  • Vivência com produtos de crédito (ex.: capital de giro, antecipação de recebíveis, limites rotativos, financiamentos), incluindo contato com análise de risco.
  • Atuação em rotina externa, com visitas frequentes a clientes (PAP).
  • Forte habilidade comercial, com histórico em prospecção ativa, negociação e atingimento de metas.
  • Boa comunicação oral e escrita, com postura consultiva no relacionamento com empresas.

Pré-requisitos desejáveis (diferencial):

  • Certificação CPA-20 (ANBIMA).
  • Pós-graduação em áreas como Finanças, Negócios, Gestão Comercial ou correlatas.
  • Experiência com carteira PJ de faturamento anual até R$ 10 milhões (ou faixas próximas).
  • Vivência anterior em bancos tradicionais, cooperativas de crédito ou instituições financeiras.
  • Experiência em estruturação mais complexa de operações de crédito (valores maiores, garantias, reestruturações).
  • Conhecimento e networking na região de atuação, especialmente em cidades do interior.
