Estamos em busca de um(a) profissional para atuar na conexão entre Produto e Mercado, garantindo que o valor das soluções seja traduzido de forma clara e estratégica para os clientes. Essa pessoa será responsável por apoiar lançamentos, impulsionar adoção de funcionalidades e fortalecer estratégias de retenção e engajamento da base.

A posição integra um ambiente orientado a dados, performance e crescimento sustentável, com atuação próxima aos times de Produto, Marketing e Customer Success.

Responsabilidades

  • Estruturar e executar estratégias de Go-to-Market (GTM) para produtos e funcionalidades
  • Definir canais, mensagens-chave e públicos-alvo das campanhas
  • Desenvolver materiais de sales enablement, como apresentações, comparativos e conteúdos estratégicos
  • Traduzir conceitos técnicos em comunicação clara e orientada ao cliente
  • Criar e otimizar réguas de relacionamento ao longo da jornada do cliente
  • Conduzir iniciativas de educação de produto, incluindo campanhas, conteúdos e cases
  • Desenvolver campanhas de engajamento e advocacy
  • Monitorar métricas de churn, engajamento e adoção de funcionalidades
  • Identificar oportunidades de upsell e cross-sell
  • Apoiar a implementação e evolução de indicadores de satisfação, como NPS

Requisitos

  • Experiência prévia em Marketing, preferencialmente em empresas de tecnologia ou SaaS B2B
  • Vivência com lançamento de produtos e campanhas voltadas para base de clientes
  • Conhecimento em estratégias de retenção e fidelização
  • Perfil analítico, com capacidade de transformar dados em ações estratégicas
  • Formação superior completa em Marketing, Comunicação ou áreas correlatas

Conhecimentos técnicos

  • Estratégias de Go-to-Market (GTM) e posicionamento de produto
  • Ferramentas de automação de marketing, como RD Station ou similares
  • Métricas de SaaS, incluindo churn, LTV, retenção e adoção de funcionalidades
  • Customer Experience (CX) e indicadores como NPS
  • Copywriting e storytelling
  • Ferramentas de análise, como Google Analytics
