Sobre a vaga Estamos em busca de um(a) Tech Recruiter Pleno para atuar na condução de processos seletivos para posições de tecnologia, com foco em hunting e alta volumetria de vagas. Essa pessoa será responsável por garantir agilidade, qualidade nas entregas e uma experiência positiva para candidatos e gestores.

A posição possui atuação próxima às lideranças e áreas internas, contribuindo com estratégias de atração de talentos e acompanhamento dos processos seletivos de ponta a ponta.

Responsabilidades

  • Conduzir processos de recrutamento e seleção de ponta a ponta para posições de tecnologia
  • Realizar alinhamento de perfil junto aos gestores requisitantes
  • Atuar com divulgação de vagas, hunting, triagem, entrevistas e feedbacks
  • Contribuir com estratégias de atração e mapeamento de talentos
  • Garantir andamento e acompanhamento dos processos seletivos
  • Manter gestores atualizados sobre status das vagas e candidatos
  • Apoiar o RH em processos iniciais de admissão e atividades administrativas
  • Atuar com foco em volume e eficiência nas contratações

Requisitos

  • Ensino superior em Psicologia, Administração, Recursos Humanos ou áreas correlatas
  • Experiência em recrutamento de posições de tecnologia
  • Vivência em processos seletivos de ponta a ponta
  • Conhecimento em ferramentas do Pacote Office e Google Workspace
  • Experiência com alinhamento de vagas junto a gestores e acompanhamento de admissões
