Sobre a vaga Estamos em busca de um(a) Analista de Requisitos de Processos e Sistemas para atuar em uma das maiores e mais influentes instituições financeiras cooperativas de Mato Grosso. A posição será responsável por conectar as áreas de negócio e tecnologia, garantindo clareza nos requisitos, qualidade nas entregas e evolução contínua dos processos e sistemas.

Essa pessoa atuará com levantamento de requisitos, detalhamento funcional, mapeamento de processos e apoio à integração de sistemas e automações.

Responsabilidades

  • Conduzir levantamento e análise de requisitos funcionais e não funcionais junto às áreas de negócio
  • Mapear processos AS IS e TO BE, identificando oportunidades de automação e integração de sistemas
  • Elaborar documentações funcionais detalhadas, incluindo regras de negócio, fluxos e validações
  • Traduzir necessidades de negócio em itens claros e objetivos de backlog, como épicos, features, histórias e tasks
  • Apoiar o refinamento de backlog junto aos times de negócio, desenvolvimento e automação
  • Apoiar o gerenciamento de sprints, acompanhamento de demandas e priorizações
  • Atuar no suporte à homologação de sistemas locais e de terceiros
  • Garantir rastreabilidade dos requisitos ao longo do ciclo de desenvolvimento
  • Contribuir para melhoria contínua dos processos e qualidade das entregas

Requisitos

  • Graduação completa ou em andamento em Análise e Desenvolvimento de Sistemas, Ciência da Computação, Engenharias ou áreas correlatas
  • Experiência com levantamento de requisitos em projetos de software
  • Vivência em mapeamento de processos
  • Conhecimento em metodologias ágeis, como Scrum e Kanban
  • Experiência com ferramentas como Jira e/ou Azure DevOps
  • Conhecimento em notação BPMN
  • Boa capacidade analítica e comunicação com diferentes áreas

  • Vivência com integração de sistemas e APIs
  • Experiência em processos de homologação sistêmica
  • Conhecimento em modelagem de dados e regras de validação
  • Vivência em ambientes corporativos complexos ou instituições financeiras
