Estamos em busca de um(a) Business Analyst | Prevenção de Fraudes Pleno para atuar na Shopee, contribuindo diretamente para a evolução das estratégias de prevenção a fraudes no marketplace.

A posição possui forte atuação analítica e estratégica, com foco em construção de regras, análise de grandes volumes de dados, monitoramento de indicadores e desenvolvimento de iniciativas voltadas à mitigação de riscos e perdas por fraude.

Responsabilidades

  • Estruturar e conduzir análises de dados para criação e melhoria de regras e modelos de prevenção a fraudes
  • Realizar análises de impacto para implementação de novas variáveis (features) relacionadas às defesas antifraude
  • Construir e manter dashboards para monitoramento de perdas e identificação de riscos
  • Apoiar a gestão na criação de apresentações e comunicação de análises relevantes
  • Realizar benchmarks internos e externos para identificação de boas práticas em análise de dados e prevenção a fraudes
  • Apoiar outros times da companhia com análises, informações e resolução de demandas relacionadas ao escopo da área
  • Auxiliar na definição e acompanhamento de metas relacionadas à fraude no marketplace
  • Monitorar indicadores e gerar alertas para apoiar tomadas de decisão e priorizações

Requisitos

  • Ensino superior completo em Ciência da Computação, Ciências Atuariais, Sistemas, Engenharia, Administração ou áreas correlatas
  • Conhecimento intermediário em Excel, PowerPoint e SQL
  • Experiência com análise de grandes bases de dados
  • Inglês intermediário
  • Perfil analítico e orientado à resolução de problemas

Diferenciais

  • Conhecimento em Python ou outras linguagens de programação
  • Vivência em contextos de prevenção a fraudes, risco ou análise de dados
  • Experiência com construção de dashboards e indicadores
  • Conhecimento em modelagem analítica e interpretação de dados complexos
