Estamos em busca de um(a) Head de Marketing para liderar a estratégia e a execução das iniciativas da área, garantindo alinhamento com os objetivos do negócio e fortalecimento do posicionamento da marca.

Essa pessoa será responsável por definir direcionamentos estratégicos, acompanhar indicadores de performance e liderar o time de marketing, atuando de forma integrada com outras áreas da empresa para impulsionar resultados.

Responsabilidades

  • Definir e desenvolver a estratégia geral de marketing
  • Estabelecer metas e indicadores de performance, monitorando os resultados da equipe
  • Gerenciar o orçamento da área, alocando recursos de forma estratégica
  • Acompanhar tendências de mercado e propor novas iniciativas
  • Analisar KPIs e reportar resultados e planos de ação para a diretoria
  • Avaliar desempenho da equipe e campanhas, promovendo otimizações estratégicas
  • Desenvolver e manter relacionamento com stakeholders internos e externos
  • Definir e gerenciar fornecedores
  • Liderar e desenvolver o time de marketing, incluindo avaliações de desempenho
  • Apoiar decisões relacionadas a promoções, movimentações e desligamentos
  • Acompanhar estratégias de marketing digital (SEO, automação e redes sociais)
  • Garantir o posicionamento da marca e alinhamento com os objetivos corporativos
  • Revisar e ajustar planos de contingência e gestão de crises
  • Colaborar com áreas como Comercial, Produto, TI e Finanças
  • Apresentar resultados e orçamento para a diretoria

Requisitos

  • Graduação completa em Marketing, Publicidade, Jornalismo ou áreas correlatas
  • Pós-graduação em áreas relacionadas
  • Inglês avançado
  • Experiência com planejamento estratégico de marketing
  • Experiência em liderança e gestão de equipes
  • Conhecimento avançado de métricas e KPIs de marketing
  • Experiência em gestão de orçamento

  • Conhecimento em metodologias ágeis (Scrum, Kanban)
  • Conhecimento em marketing digital (SEO, automação, análise de dados)
  • Conhecimento em aplicação de IA em marketing
