Estamos em busca de um(a) Cientista de Dados Pleno para conduzir iniciativas analíticas com autonomia crescente, sendo responsável pela modelagem end-to-end de problemas de negócio e pela qualidade técnica das soluções entregues. Essa pessoa contribuirá ativamente para a evolução metodológica da área e para a geração de valor por meio de dados.

A posição envolve colaboração com times multidisciplinares, atuando na integração de modelos à plataforma e na tradução de resultados técnicos em insights estratégicos para o negócio.

Responsabilidades

  • Desenvolver e produtizar modelos estatísticos e de Machine Learning com foco em escalabilidade e robustez
  • Conduzir ciclos completos de modelagem, incluindo definição do problema, feature engineering, treinamento, validação e monitoramento
  • Colaborar com times de Produto e Engenharia na integração de modelos à plataforma
  • Propor melhorias metodológicas e contribuir para a evolução dos padrões analíticos da área
  • Traduzir resultados técnicos em insights acionáveis para stakeholders de negócio
  • Apoiar o desenvolvimento de cientistas de dados juniores por meio de revisão de código e mentoria pontual
  • Garantir documentação técnica completa e a reprodutibilidade das soluções entregues
  • Assegurar a qualidade, estabilidade e eficiência das soluções desenvolvidas

Requisitos

  • Formação superior completa em Estatística, Matemática, Engenharia, Ciência da Computação, Economia, Física ou áreas quantitativas correlatas
  • Experiência sólida em ciência de dados aplicada a problemas reais de negócio
  • Domínio de Python (scikit-learn, statsmodels, pandas) e/ou R para modelagem e produtização
  • Experiência com pipelines de dados, feature stores e boas práticas de MLOps
  • Capacidade de comunicar decisões técnicas de forma clara para públicos não técnicos
  • Experiência com versionamento de código (Git) e práticas de revisão colaborativa

Diferenciais

  • Experiência com Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM), inferência causal ou econometria aplicada ao marketing
  • Vivência em empresas de tecnologia ou SaaS com foco em analytics de produto
  • Conhecimento em arquiteturas de dados em cloud (AWS, GCP ou Azure)
  • Mestrado ou especialização em áreas de modelagem estatística ou Machine Learning
