Estamos em busca de um(a) Cientista de Dados Sênior para atuar como referência técnica da área, liderando iniciativas estratégicas de modelagem e influenciando decisões de arquitetura analítica. Essa pessoa será responsável por conectar ciência de dados, produto e liderança executiva, contribuindo diretamente para a construção da vantagem competitiva analítica da organização.

A posição exige forte capacidade técnica, visão estratégica e atuação colaborativa no desenvolvimento de soluções escaláveis e orientadas a dados.

Responsabilidades

  • Liderar o desenvolvimento de modelos de alta complexidade e impacto estratégico para o produto
  • Definir e disseminar padrões metodológicos, de validação e monitoramento de modelos
  • Atuar como referência técnica em Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM), inferência causal e Machine Learning aplicado a marketing
  • Colaborar com times de Produto, Engenharia e liderança executiva na definição de prioridades analíticas
  • Mentorar Cientistas de Dados Plenos e Juniores, promovendo crescimento técnico e maturidade metodológica do time
  • Identificar oportunidades de escalabilidade e produtização de soluções analíticas
  • Representar a área em discussões técnicas com clientes estratégicos e novos ICPs
  • Contribuir para a evolução da vantagem competitiva analítica da organização

Requisitos

  • Formação superior completa em Estatística, Matemática, Engenharia, Ciência da Computação, Economia, Física ou áreas correlatas
  • Mestrado ou Doutorado será considerado altamente desejável
  • Experiência robusta em ciência de dados, com histórico de liderança técnica em projetos estratégicos
  • Domínio avançado de modelagem estatística, Machine Learning e arquitetura de pipelines produtizados
  • Experiência com Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM), econometria aplicada ao marketing ou inferência causal
  • Vivência em empresas de tecnologia ou SaaS, com atuação integrada com Produto e Engenharia
  • Capacidade avançada de revisão de código e tomada de decisões técnicas
  • Habilidade para traduzir análises complexas em linguagem estratégica para a liderança executiva
