Estamos em busca de um(a) Desenvolvedor(a) de Sistemas Pleno (RPA & Integrações) para atuar em uma das maiores e mais influentes instituições financeiras cooperativas de Mato Grosso. A posição possui foco em automação de processos (RPA), integrações de sistemas e desenvolvimento backend, contribuindo diretamente para eficiência operacional e evolução tecnológica da cooperativa.

Essa pessoa atuará no desenvolvimento de soluções escaláveis, integrações entre sistemas e melhoria contínua de processos internos, em um ambiente dinâmico e colaborativo.

Responsabilidades

  • Desenvolver automações RPA com foco em ganho de produtividade, redução de erros e melhoria contínua dos processos
  • Desenvolver aplicações backend e frontend utilizando boas práticas de desenvolvimento
  • Trabalhar na integração de sistemas internos e de terceiros por meio de APIs e serviços existentes
  • Identificar, corrigir e prevenir bugs, propondo melhorias de performance e estabilidade das aplicações
  • Garantir conformidade com padrões de arquitetura, segurança, infraestrutura e operação
  • Realizar versionamento e documentação de códigos utilizando Git/GitLab
  • Apoiar definições técnicas e funcionais, traduzindo necessidades de negócio em soluções viáveis
  • Contribuir com ideias e soluções inovadoras para desafios operacionais e estratégicos

Requisitos

  • Ensino superior completo em Ciência da Computação, Sistemas de Informação, Análise de Sistemas ou áreas correlatas
  • Experiência comprovada em desenvolvimento de sistemas
  • Conhecimento em pelo menos uma das linguagens: Python, Node.js ou Go
  • Experiência com versionamento de código utilizando Git/GitLab
  • Vivência com metodologias ágeis, como Scrum e/ou Kanban
  • Perfil proativo, colaborativo e orientado à resolução de problemas
  • Capacidade de adaptação a ambientes dinâmicos e em constante evolução
  • Boa comunicação e espírito de equipe

Diferenciais

  • Experiência com ferramentas de RPA, como UiPath, Power Automate ou similares
  • Conhecimento em frontend (JavaScript, React, Next.js ou similares)
  • Noções de segurança da informação, autenticação e proteção de dados
  • Experiência com integração de sistemas corporativos ou ambientes regulados
