Estamos em busca de um(a) Gerente de Ciência de Dados (Data Science Manager) para liderar a estratégia da área, garantindo alinhamento com o roadmap de produto, escalabilidade das soluções e geração de vantagem competitiva por meio de dados.

Essa pessoa será responsável por conectar a estratégia de negócio com a execução técnica, atuando na estruturação do time, desenvolvimento de lideranças e evolução da maturidade analítica da organização.

Responsabilidades

  • Definir a estratégia e visão de longo prazo da área de Ciência de Dados
  • Estruturar o time, incluindo definição de papéis, níveis e alocação em squads
  • Garantir governança metodológica e excelência técnica das entregas
  • Atuar como ponte entre times técnicos e liderança executiva
  • Evoluir a vantagem competitiva em analytics, Machine Learning e Inteligência Artificial
  • Desenvolver lideranças técnicas, como Coordenadores e Cientistas Sêniores
  • Atuar em iniciativas estratégicas e clientes-chave
  • Definir e disseminar boas práticas de ciência de dados
  • Garantir alinhamento entre iniciativas analíticas e o roadmap de produto
  • Promover escalabilidade e produtização das soluções desenvolvidas

Requisitos

  • Graduação em áreas quantitativas como Estatística, Matemática, Engenharia ou correlatas
  • Experiência em liderança de times de Ciência de Dados
  • Experiência na estruturação ou evolução de áreas analíticas
  • Vivência em empresas de tecnologia ou SaaS
  • Experiência com produtização e escalabilidade de modelos

Diferenciais

  • Mestrado ou Doutorado em áreas quantitativas
  • Experiência com Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM)
  • Experiência com analytics avançado, Machine Learning e Inteligência Artificial aplicada
