Gerente de Tecnología y Transformación Digital

Nos encontramos en la búsqueda de un/a Gerente de Tecnología y Transformación Digital para liderar la evolución tecnológica y los procesos de transformación de una organización en crecimiento.

La posición es full time en Rosario.

Buscamos una persona capaz de conectar tecnología, procesos y negocio, asegurando la excelencia operativa de IT mientras impulsa iniciativas de transformación organizacional que generen impacto real.

Principales desafíos

  • Definir y ejecutar la estrategia tecnológica alineada a los objetivos del negocio.
  • Liderar el roadmap de transformación digital y priorizar iniciativas de alto impacto.
  • Conducir las áreas de Desarrollo de Sistemas, Infraestructura, Seguridad y Gobierno IT, y Proyectos y Procesos.
  • Garantizar la continuidad operativa, la seguridad de la información y la evolución de la plataforma tecnológica.
  • Impulsar proyectos de transformación organizacional, mejora de procesos y gestión del cambio.
  • Trabajar transversalmente con las distintas áreas para promover la adopción tecnológica y la mejora continua.
  • Representar a Tecnología ante la Dirección, traduciendo decisiones técnicas en impacto de negocio.
  • Gestionar inversiones tecnológicas con foco en escalabilidad, eficiencia y sustentabilidad operativa.

Qué buscamos

  • Profesionales graduados de Ingeniería en Sistemas, Informática o carreras afines.
  • Experiencia liderando equipos multidisciplinarios de tecnología.
  • Trayectoria en posiciones de liderazgo de IT, Tecnología, Transformación Digital o PMO.
  • Experiencia impulsando iniciativas de transformación organizacional y gestión del cambio.
  • Conocimientos en gobierno de IT, infraestructura, seguridad de la información y gestión de proyectos.
  • Capacidad para conectar decisiones tecnológicas con resultados de negocio.
  • Experiencia interactuando con niveles directivos y liderando iniciativas transversales.

Valoraremos especialmente

  • Experiencia en organizaciones con operación intensiva y alta dependencia tecnológica.
  • Posgrado o especialización en Transformación Digital, Gestión de Proyectos o MBA.
  • Conocimiento de metodologías ágiles y gestión de portafolio de proyectos.
  • Inglés intermedio o superior.

Buscamos un perfil con visión estratégica, capacidad de liderazgo, orientación a resultados y habilidad para impulsar cambios que acompañen el crecimiento y la evolución de la organización.
