Agent Administratif Polyvalent Anglophone - Casablanca

Une entreprise internationale recherche un Agent Administratif Polyvalent Anglophone afin de renforcer son équipe support. Le poste requiert une excellente capacité d'organisation, une rigueur administrative élevée ainsi qu'une maîtrise des environnements juridique et RH.

Missions principales:

-Assurer la gestion administrative quotidienne : traitement des courriers, préparation de documents, archivage et coordination interne.

-Participer au suivi administratif et juridique des contrats : préparation, contrôle, renouvellement et conformité.

-Apporter un soutien opérationnel au département juridique dans la vérification des documents et le suivi réglementaire.

-Contribuer aux activités Ressources Humaines : gestion des dossiers du personnel, préparation de documents contractuels, appui aux processus de recrutement et dintégration.

-Assurer la communication avec les interlocuteurs internes et externes en anglais et en français.

-Préparer des rapports, tableaux de bord et synthèses administratives.

-Participer à l'amélioration continue des procédures et outils internes.

Profil recherché :

-Excellente maîtrise du français et de l'anglais (oral et écrit).

-Compétences confirmées en administration juridique.

-Bonne compréhension des processus RH et de ladministration du personnel.

-Rigueur, sens du détail, organisation et confidentialité irréprochable.

-Maîtrise des outils bureautiques et capacité à gérer plusieurs priorités simultanément.
