Opportunité d'emploi : Responsable Administratif & Financier (RAF) – Casablanca, Abdelmoumen

Nous recrutons pour l'un de nos clients, opérant dans le secteur du négoce (achat/vente privé et public, importation), un Responsable Administratif et Financier (RAF) pour piloter l'ensemble des fonctions financières et administratives.

Missions principales :

  • Superviser la comptabilité générale : clients, fournisseurs, rapprochements bancaires, TVA et déclarations fiscales
  • Assurer le suivi financier des opérations de négoce (achats, ventes, importations)
  • Gérer les relations bancaires et les lignes de financement (crédits, trésorerie, dispositifs de financement)
  • Assurer le suivi des dossiers avec les organismes publics de financement
  • Piloter la trésorerie et optimiser les flux financiers
  • Élaborer les reportings financiers et accompagner la direction dans la prise de décision
  • Superviser les activités administratives et veiller à la conformité réglementaire
  • Assurer le suivi et le contrôle des inventaires de stock

Profil recherché :

  • Bac+4/5 en finance, comptabilité ou gestion
  • Expérience confirmée en tant que RAF ou poste similaire, idéalement dans le négoce ou l'import
  • Bonne maîtrise des montages financiers et des relations bancaires
  • Solides compétences en comptabilité, fiscalité et gestion de trésorerie
  • Rigueur, autonomie et sens de l'analyse
  • Capacité à structurer et piloter une fonction financière
