Recrutement : Responsable Technique Casablanca (Poste basé à Aïn Sebaâ)

Nous recrutons pour le compte dune entreprise leader dans la conception et la fabrication de solutions PLV un Responsable Technique ayant une solide expérience dans un environnement industriel.

Missions principales

En tant que Responsable Technique, vous serez en charge de :

1. Gestion opérationnelle et pilotage technique

  • Superviser l'ensemble des activités techniques liées à la production.
  • Assurer le bon fonctionnement des installations, équipements et outils de production.
  • Garantir la conformité des produits fabriqués selon les normes qualité et les exigences clients.
  • Assurer un contrôle qualité rigoureux à chaque étape de fabrication.

2. Management des équipes

  • Encadrer, accompagner et évaluer les équipes techniques.
  • Assurer la répartition des tâches, la gestion des priorités et la planification quotidienne.
  • Veiller à maintenir un environnement de travail structuré, sécurisé et performant.
  • Mettre en place des actions d'amélioration des compétences et de développement du personnel.

3. Gestion de projets

  • Piloter plusieurs projets simultanément, de la phase de conception au produit final.
  • Coordonner les échanges avec les équipes internes (production, design, commercial).
  • Suivre l'avancement des projets et garantir le respect des délais, budgets et standards qualité.
  • Proposer des améliorations techniques permettant d'optimiser la productivité.

4. Maintenance et amélioration continue

  • Superviser les opérations de maintenance préventive et corrective.
  • Identifier les risques, anticiper les pannes et sécuriser les postes de travail.
  • Contribuer au développement de nouvelles méthodologies de production plus efficaces.
  • Mettre en place des indicateurs de performance et des plans d'action.

Profil recherché

  • Expérience confirmée dans un domaine similaire : bois, aluminium, PLV, menuiserie industrielle, fabrication de structures ou industrie.
  • Compétences solides en gestion d'équipe et coordination technique.
  • Capacité à gérer plusieurs projets simultanément et à organiser efficacement les priorités.
  • Grande rigueur, sens du détail et prudence dans la gestion des opérations.
  • Bonne maîtrise du contrôle qualité, des processus techniques et de la maintenance d'équipements.
  • Capacité à optimiser les méthodes de production et à résoudre les problèmes techniques.
  • Esprit d'analyse, orientation résultats et aisance dans la prise de décision.
