Opportunity for LinkedIn Sales & Lead Generation Executive Onsite Karachi (Night Shift).

About the Company:

Hiring for Fintech Firm in Australia.

Role Overview:

The company is looking for a proactive and results-driven LinkedIn Sales & Lead Generation Executive to generate qualified B2B leads for our Accounting & Finance services. The ideal candidate will have experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, outbound prospecting, and appointment setting, with a strong focus on connecting with decision-makers and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and target potential clients through LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other online platforms.
  • Build and manage a pipeline of qualified leads in the Accounting & Finance industry.
  • Send personalized connection requests and outreach messages to decision-makers, including CEOs, CFOs, Finance Directors, Controllers, and Business Owners.
  • Generate meetings and sales opportunities for the business development team.
  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate records of prospects, conversations, and follow-ups in CRM or
  • tracking sheets.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to improve outreach campaigns and lead conversion.
  • Meet weekly and monthly lead generation and appointment-setting targets.

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of experience in LinkedIn lead generation, B2B sales, or business
  • development.
  • Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  • Strong understanding of outbound prospecting and lead generation techniques.
  • Excellent written English communication skills.
  • Experience using CRM tools is a plus.
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Prior experience selling Accounting, Finance, Outsourcing, Staffing, or Professional Services is highly preferred.
