Role Overview - Partner Business Development Officer

- Ability to work effectively with diverse ethnicities, cultures, and businesses across Pakistan.
- Hands-on experience in affiliate marketing and/or partnership development.
- Strong understanding of sales funnels, lead generation, and conversion.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and affiliate/marketing platforms.
- Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills.
- Ability to develop and execute partnership, business development, and sales strategies.
- Strong sense of ownership, accountability, and leadership.
Qualification:
- BSc Degree in a Business-related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in Business Development Roles.
- Fluent English speakers with excellent oral and written skills in English and Urdu.
- Experience within the financial services industry will be considered an advantage.
- Very good computer literacy.
- Dynamic, innovative, and target-oriented.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent people management skills.
- Excellent client handling, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment and maintain a high level of organization.
- Ability to work autonomously and under pressure.
