Welke projecten kan je verwachten?

Als Senior Recruiter​ krijg je de vrijheid om niet alleen end-to-end rekruteringstrajecten te begeleiden, maar ook mee te bouwen aan het rekruteringsbeleid van verschillende organisaties. Je denkt mee over strategie, instroomkanalen en candidate experience, zodat bedrijven kunnen groeien met de juiste mensen aan boord. Bij HRTH ben je vrij om te kiezen hoe jij het liefst werkt: werk je graag vanuit ons kantoor samen met collega-consultants, dan vind je hier een warme en dynamische omgeving waar kennisdeling en teamwork centraal staan. Werk je liever meer bij klanten op locatie of van thuis uit, dan kan dat ook – jij bepaalt wat het best bij jou en het project past.

♡ Je analyseert de noden van de klant en vertaalt deze naar een krachtige wervingsstrategie. ♡ Je schrijft aantrekkelijke vacatureteksten en zet campagnes op via jobboards, sociale media en je eigen netwerk. ♡ Je screent, interviewt en selecteert kandidaten met oog voor match op skills en cultuur. ♡ Je begeleidt het volledige proces: van intakegesprek tot contractondertekening en onboarding. ♡ Je adviseert klanten over employer branding en rekruteringsoptimalisatie. ♡ Je werkt nauw samen met interne stakeholders bij de klant (HR, hiring managers…) en met je collega's bij HRTH.

Wat verwachten we van jou als freelance partner?

We zoeken iemand die zelfstandig kan werken, maar ook graag samenwerkt in een team waar kennisdeling en plezier hand in hand gaan. ♡ Je hebt minimum 5 jaar ervaring in werving & selectie, bij voorkeur binnen verschillende sectoren. ♡ Je weet waar je goede kandidaten vindt en hoe je hen overtuigt. ♡ Je communiceert vlot, professioneel en mensgericht. ♡ Je werkt graag projectmatig en voelt je goed in een hybride werkomgeving: soms op kantoor, soms bij de klant en soms van thuis uit. ♡ Je hebt een rijbewijs B.
