Ben jij sterk in loonverwerking, sociale wetgeving en personeelsadministratie? HRTH zoekt een Payroll Professional met een scherpe blik op details en een diepgaande kennis van payrollprocessen.

HRTH zorgt ervoor dat bedrijven met personeelsuitdagingen snel en professioneel geholpen worden, zodat zij zich kunnen focussen op hun core business. We bieden tijdelijke, parttime of projectmatige HR-ondersteuning die het verschil maakt. Van het opvangen van uitval, over het invullen van dringende vacatures tot het begeleiden van groei en verandering. Met strategisch en mensgericht inzicht zorgen we dat teams niet overbelast raken, processen blijven draaien en mensen zich gehoord voelen.

Wat ga je doen?

Je werkt projectmatig voor bedrijven die tijdelijke ondersteuning of expertise nodig hebben bij hun loonbeleid of optimalisatie van hun payrollprocessen. ♡ Je staat in voor een correcte en tijdige loonverwerking (via SD Worx, Partena, Acerta, …). ♡ Je adviseert klanten over sociale wetgeving, cao’s en loongerelateerde vragen. ♡ Je analyseert en optimaliseert payrollprocessen. ♡ Je werkt vlot samen met HR-collega’s en finance-teams van de klant. ♡ Je bent aanspreekpunt bij audits of sociale inspecties.

Sommige projecten voer je uit op locatie, andere (gedeeltelijk) remote of vanuit ons kantoor.

Wie zoeken we?

We zoeken iemand die zelfstandig kan werken, het hoofd koel houdt in verandering en oprecht betrokken is bij mens en organisatie. ♡ Minstens 5 jaar ervaring in payroll of sociaal secretariaat. ♡ Grondige kennis van Belgische sociale wetgeving. ♡ Vertrouwd met verschillende payroll tools. ♡ Zelfstandig, discreet en oplossingsgericht. ♡ Je werkt graag projectmatig en kan snel schakelen tussen contexten. ​
